Banana Blueberry Smoothie


½ cup of blueberries

½ Banana, sliced

1 tbsp of oats

1 cup of almond milk

1 tbsp of almond butter


Place sliced banana and blueberries in a blender. Add the oats, almond milk, and almond butter, blend until creamy and smooth. Add almond milk if the smoothie is too thick.

Tropical Green Smoothie


½ cup of pineapple, diced

½ frozen mango, sliced

½ cup of spinach

½ cup of kale

1 cup of coconut milk


Place the diced pineapple and sliced mango in the blender. Add the greens and blend with coconut milk. Pout into glass and top with Chia seeds.

Cherry Berry Choco Smoothie

1/3 cup frozen cherries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1 small handful dark chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 drops stevia
1 tbsp chia seeds


Place the berries in the blender, add the shredded coconut and chocolate chips into the mixture. Pour in the unsweetened coconut milk, stevia and chia seeds. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
