And truth be told, there is nothing youthful about being unwell. So, take charge of your health.
Cut down on alcohol and coffee: Like everything else, too much alcohol, coffee and even tea can be harmful to your health. If you must take alcohol, take it in moderation as alcohol dries out your skin and can lead to wrinkles and premature ageing.
