Saturday, 7 November, Joe Biden was elected 46th President of the United States of America. The journey to his consequent victory was full of hurdles, uncalled-for tweets and false claims, but Joe kept the faith nonetheless. That unrelenting and immovable faith may just be the reason why he is currently married to the First Lady, Jill Biden.

Jill and Joe Biden met on a blind date when Jill was still in college. Even though they got on well from the get-go, Jill was not sure about Joe. In fact, when Joe proposed to her, she said no. Four times.

Furthermore, Joe's first wife, Neilia and their daughter Naomi, had died in a car accident. She needed to be sure that her marriage to Joe would last, so the surviving boys, Beau and Hunter, did not lose a second mother figure.

In addition to that, she was concerned about losing her identity and career.
