A fire broke out at 20th Century building on Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi on Monday afternoon after an explosion was heard coming from the dry cleaning shop on the ground floor.
A fire broke out at 20th Century building on Mama Ngina Street, Nairobi on Monday afternoon after an explosion was heard coming from the dry cleaning shop on the ground floor.
The fire started shortly after 1:00 pm and fire fighters rushed to the scene to contain the it.
The building houses business facilities such as IMAX Theatre, restaurants, clothing stores, Flush Dry Cleaners among others.
The cause of the fire has not been established.
Eye witnesses flocked to see what was transpiring were able to capture videos and pictures and here are some below.
