Oats are not only a great source of fibre but are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Most people drink oat porridge but there are so many other interesting recipes you can indulge in. You can reap the benefits of oats, chia seeds and preferred fruits to come up with a snack that is packed with all kinds of yum and taste.
