Citizen TV anchor Victoria Rubadiri Mourns Grandfather's death

Citizen News Anchor, Victoria Rubadiri has mourned the mourns the death of her grandfather Professor David Rubadiri.

Posting on her Twitter page she acknowledged the Malawian diplomat and poet who passed on September 15, 2018, at the age of 88.

Politicians, journalists and fans also sent their condolences, praising Rubadiri for his leadership. The late Professor is well known for his poems and plays; Poems from Africa, No Bride Price, Growing Up With Poetry and Come To Tea.

Rubadiri was also  Malawi’s Permanent Ambassador to the United Nations

The 88-year-old Poet had been sick for some time and had been receiving treatment in Nairobi.
