Meet the cover models: September 2014

Gracing this month’s cover of is Jerioth Waceke together with her daughters, Daniella Wangu, four, and 11-year-old Mitchelle Wanjiku.

Jerioth Waceke, 35, is an administrative manager at CDC Foundation Health Kenya. Her daughters attend Excel Academy in Nairobi. Mitchelle is a class six pupil and loves Science and English. Besides these, she is orderly and has a great fashion sense. Daniella, on the other hand, is very outgoing and likeable. She is in baby class and if it was up to her, she would be in school all days of the week.

The nature of Jerioth’s job sees her travel out of town a lot of times but her understanding daughters have made parenting a bit easier for her. Her family and colleagues have also been very supportive, especially when she is out of town. When in town, she spends her weekends with the girls catching up and having fun.
