Drinking enough water is one of the simplest ways to curb bad breath.This is because when your mouth doesn’t have enough moisture to produce saliva, odor causing bacteria can develop.
Brush and Floss
According to the American Dental Association brushing and flossing are the most important actions you can take towards avoiding bad breath.Neglecting to brush and floss daily causes food particles to linger in your mouth causing bad breath,so it is advisable to brush twice a day for at least two minutes.

Avoiding high acidic foods ( like vinegar) or high – fructose foods (like sugar cereal) cuts down bad breath us well,instead choose whole grains like brown rice,dark green and orange vegetables, a variety of fruits , proteins such us fish beans ,nut or seeds as this foods moderate your sugar intake and increase your saliva flow.
