Meet the cover models: January 2015

Gracing this month’s cover is 31-year-old George Njuguna (popularly known as Dj Crème de la Crème), his 28-year-old wife Denise Njuguna and their two-year-old son, Jamari Njoroge.

George is a disk jockey, TV host and the director of Epic Nation. His wife, works as an online business manager, but has for the last one-year concentrated her energies on taking care of their son. Judging from their banter, one cannot help but notice that Denise and George complement each other. They still go on holidays, spend long hours talking about anything and everything, and also go for movies like they used to nine years ago when they started dating. They have been married for three years and they describe their firstborn, as bubbly, vibrant and jovial. Jamari is a ball of energy and his parents say that he has challenged them to be active as they try to keep up with his high energy levels and playful nature. Read more about George, his family and career as a disk jockey in the  Young Achiever column.
