As the race for elective seats is fast concluding, young CYNTHIA JEPKOSGEI MUGE, 23, is on the verge of being the next Kilibwoni MCA.
Vying as an independent candidate, she is currently leading with 8,760 votes (47.95%) closely followed by EMMANUEL KIPCHUMBA of Jubilee Party who has 8,354 votes (45.73%).
