When asked, just do It!

God requires you to be obedient in fulfilling His will, even when your own feelings urge you not to be.

Have you ever been faced with a task you did not like and felt it was the last thing on earth you wanted to do? Mowing the lawn, doing the laundry, cleaning the house, or even preparing a Sunday School lesson after an exhausting week would make us procrastinate. I have devised a motto for when I am in a situation where I am faced with an unpleasant or unwelcome task; “I don’t like it, but I’m going to do it anyway.”I recognise my lack of motivation to do something but then choose to be responsible which somehow helps me to follow it through.
