Judy Wachuka, Omosh’s first wife, has made headlines after she asked Kenyans to build her a house too. This was during a a joint interview with Omosh with Hiram Maina on Thursday.

The former Tahidi high actress, known for her role as Mrs. Ngatia on the Kenyan high school drama, said this after well wishers built a three bedroom house for her husband. This was after he came out asking for help following rent woes.

She confirmed that she was living in a Ksh 5,000 bedsitter in Kayole with her three children and was behind on rent that had accumulated to Ksh 10,000. Judy revealed that this was not the first time she is struggling with paying rent and that life after the pandemic had become tougher.

The actress also narrated how she was kicked out from several houses on claims that both her and her husband were celebrities yet they couldn’t afford rent.

She pleaded with Kenyans to just put up a one bedroom ‘mabati’ house for her so she could stop paying rent.

On being questioned, Omosh clarified that his second wife was occupying the home. Judy further acknowledged that the second wife had younger children who needed more care hence the first priority.
