Delicious Oxtail Stew

Oxtail stew is a delicious cuisine made of oxtail braised in red wine and stock with onions, celery and carrots. Oxtail is best slow cooked for several hours and because it is often fatty, you can cook a day ahead and chill overnight and then scrape off the fat from the top the next day.
