Exercise can be addictive

Are you hooked on exercise? Be warned: Scientists believe excessive exercise could be as addictive as heroin and other hard drugs. Researchers at Tufts University in Massachusetts in the US claim sudden withdrawal from an extreme workout regime leads to symptoms such as trembling, teeth-chattering and drooping eyelids. They advise you not to overdo your training and to vary the type of exercise you do, as well as take rest days.
