1.Boost your emotional immune system

Keep negativity at bay by setting boundaries in your work, relationships, friends and family. For example, don’t tolerate people who turn-up late for a meeting.

2.Get your life intolerances sorted

From clutter in your cupboards to friends who never ask how you are – it’s time to get tough. Make a list of 100 things you are tolerating – from household clutter to toxic friends. Every day tackle one thing on your list.

3.Curb your cravings

Being sweet and people-pleasing might get you liked, but it will also drain your energy. Ask yourself ‘what do I need?’ at every decision point and then do it only if you need it.
