Berries

They are loaded with beneficial compounds and vitamins that promote hair growth.

Spinach

This is a healthy green vegetable loaded with beneficial nutrients like folate iron and vitamin A and C. Iron deficiencies have been linked to hair loss.

Fatty fish

Studies show that taking  fish oil supplements significantly reduces hair loss and increase hair growth in women with thinning hair.

Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are a good source of vitamin A that most people do not know. Vitamin A promotes the production of sebum which helps keep hair healthy. Moreover vitamin A speeds up rate of hair growth and also encourages the growth of thicker hair. It also prevents hair follicles from regressing.

Avocados
