Ease your way to sleep
Do you have trouble falling off to sleep? You can ease your way to dreamland by avoiding stimulants, such as caffeine, alcohol and heavy foods before you go to bed. Instead, fulfill a few old wives’ tales by running yourself a warm bath, making a milk drink such as hot chocolate (milk is rich in sleep-inducing nutrients including calcium and trytophan) and having a healthy carbohydrate rich snack.
