Focus on pleasing God, not people

My friend called me one late evening last month with what was seemingly hot news – the kind of information you need to stay alive, or the kind of briefing a president must receive from the National Intelligence Service about the country’s state of security. I knew it was “an emergency” when my friend persisted with the calls even after I had failed to answer the phone on several occasions. So I picked the call to get the news that couldn’t wait. Hogwash!
