Our feet have thousands of nerve endings, making them one of the most sensitive parts of the body and walking barefoot brings to life these nerves to stimulate your entire body. Getting in touch with nature through your soles by walking on grass, earth or sand is a grounding and refreshing experience for your feet.

It is tempting to go for a trendy pair of sunglasses rather than the ones that really protect your eyes. Like your skin, your eyes can be damaged by UV exposure and many studies are now linking vision loss to too much bright sunlight. To protect your eyes, make sure your sunglasses block 98 per cent of UVA and UVB ultraviolet rays.
