The songstress lost her first son

This comes six years after Kanyomozi lost her first son, Keron Raphael Kabugo. The 11-year-old succumbed to asthma while receiving treatment at Aga Khan Hospital in Nairobi.

It was extremely hard for Kanyomozi and her husband Amon Lukwago to get over the passing of Keron.

“I’m taking baby steps. I’m not yet there emotionally. When you’ve gone through something like this, you have to find the strength first,” Kanyomozi revealed in 2017.

Amon painfully recounted her late son’s last memory.

On his death bed, Keron wrote a note, “I am used to needles now. Do you know how many injections I have got and I did not feel pain not even crying.”
