Sedentary people more at heart risk

  • PublishedApril 11, 2014

People who don’t exercise or engage in any physical activity are more at risk of heart disease. Experts advise that you increase your daily activity such as brisk walking or vigorous cleaning of the house and other household chores to reduce your risk of heart disease.
