People who don’t exercise or engage in any physical activity are more at risk of heart disease. A study published in the British Heart journal found that sedentary people weighed more and had high blood pressure, blood fats and sugar than those who were active. Experts advise that you increase your daily activity such as brisk walking or vigorous cleaning of the house and other household chores to reduce your risk of heart disease.
