Footballer Wanyama and actress Serah Teshna welcome first-born baby

Former Harambee stars captain Victor Wanyama and his long-time lover Serah Teshna have disclosed that they welcomed their first born child together.

The actress and former K24 TV presenter gave birth to a bouncing baby about a month ago but shared the good news on Tuesday using her official Instagram page.

“God showed up and showed out. We are so excited to share this amazing journey with you. God is the greatest. 40 days of baby cuddles,”  Teshna captioned on the photo a photo of the hands of the little one on Instagram stories showing how she was beyond excited to start the motherhood journey.

“2021. God showed up and Showed out. We are so excited to share this amazing journey with you. God is the greatest. #40daysOfBabyCuddles,” wrote the 33-year-old.

The Major League Soccer CF Montreal where Wanyama plays tweeted a congratulatory message to the new parents.”@VictorWanyama : congrats to you and @SerahTeshna for the beginning of this this amazing journey ❤️ ”

According to various sources, the two have been dating for a while but opted to keep their relationship off social media until now when they shared news of their baby’s 40th day. They are yet to announce the gender of their baby.

The two join a growing list of Kenyan A-listers who recently started their parenting journey such as comedian Mulamwah and businesswoman Vera Sidika.
