Nicki Minaj drops out on the upcoming BET Awards Concert

Award winning artist Nicki Minaj will not be showing up at the upcoming BET Awards concert slated for June 20 -22 this year.

This comes after BET posted a tweet dissing Minaj while celebrating Cardi B’s Rap Album of the year win.

“Meanwhile Nicki Minaj is being dragged by her Lace front”. The tweet read.

Apparently, Minaj didn’t find the tweet funny and posted  “Young Money will no longer be apart of the BET Experience or award show.”

Her fans came through for her on Instagram and Twitter comments and demanded a refund  from BET.

BET reacted by quickly apologising to Minaj and her fans through a publishing a statement on their website and Twitter account.
