In a chilling case that has shaken the Cheptais Sub-County community, Benson Kitui Siyoi has been sentenced to life imprisonment after being found guilty of defiling his 10-year-old granddaughter.
Senior Principal Magistrate Raymond Lang’at of Sirisia Law Courts delivered the judgment, ruling that the prosecution had successfully proven its case beyond a reasonable doubt.
